A 100% refund is issued if the charter is cancelled by the captain anytime before departing the dock due to poor weather conditions

A 50% refund of the deposit issued if the party cancels the charter with less than 24 hours notice.

A 100% refund of your deposit and charter fee is issued if no one in your party catches a fish. Your party is guaranteed to catch a fish or your charter is free! 

 

A 100% refund of all fees is issued if the charter is cancelled by the captain less than 4 hours after departing the dock due to poor weather conditions.

A 50% refund of the base charter will be issued if the captain elects to cancel the charter early (more than 4 hours, but less than 8 hours) due to poor weather conditions. 

​

After departing the dock, no refund will be given if the party chartering the vessel elects to cancel the charter, or end the charter early, for any reason including seasickness.

No refund will be issued if the captain cancels the charter, or ends the charter early, due to any member of the party failing to follow the instructions of the captain or crew, compromising the safety of passengers or vessel, or engages in illegal activity.
